In Şanlıurfa, a police officer came to the aid of a disabled citizen who was about to be late for an exam because the tire of their disabled vehicle had burst. The police officer, carrying the disabled individual in their arms, won hearts by helping them reach the exam on time.
Heartwarming moments were experienced around 09:00 at the TOKİ Işıklı Junction on Viranşehir Street in the Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa. Physically disabled Hüseyin Adlin, who set out to take the Open Education High School exam in his electric wheelchair, got stuck on the road. Adlin, unable to move because the tire of his electric wheelchair had burst, realized he would be late for the exam and called the District Police Department to ask for help from the police.
HE CARRIED HIM TO THE HALL
The police teams that arrived at the scene took the disabled citizen in their vehicle and drove him to the school where he would take the exam. One of the police officers carried Adlin in his arms to the hall where he would take the exam. While the disabled citizen was in the exam, his electric wheelchair was loaded onto a tow truck to be taken to the repair shop. The wheelchair, whose tire was repaired, was brought back to the hall after the exam and handed over to Hüseyin Adlin.
"MY EXAM WENT VERY WELL"
Hüseyin Adlin, stating that the police quickly came and helped him reach the exam, said, "While trying to get to the Open Education High School exam, the tire of my electric wheelchair burst on the road. I couldn't move any further. I called the police teams to get to the exam. The police did not remain indifferent. They came quickly and helped me reach the exam. They also took my electric wheelchair from me to repair the tire. After the exam, they brought it back repaired. My exam went very well. I thank everyone, especially the police organization."
