"GROWTH EXPECTATION FOR NEXT YEAR IS AROUND 4%"Yılmaz indicated that they expect growth to be around 4% next year, and that they aim for a performance above the world average with growth rates of 4.5% and 5% in 2026 and 2027, respectively, predicting that the national income will exceed 1.3 trillion dollars by the end of this year. By the middle of next year, especially as we reach the autumn period, we will largely no longer be talking about inflation." Yılmaz mentioned that they managed to keep the budget deficit to 5.2% of national income last year, and that they expect a figure around 4.9% this year, expressing that the impact of earthquake expenditures on the budget is temporary.
