The villa inherited from Seçil Erzan's father, which was mortgaged to cover her debts, has been sold.

The villa in Bozcaada, Çanakkale, which Seçil Erzan mortgaged in exchange for his debt, was sold for 15 million lira.

It was revealed that Seçil Erzan, who is accused of defrauding many people, including names like Arda Turan, Fernando Muslera, and Emre Belözoğlu, with the promise of high-profit private and reliable funds, had mortgaged his inherited villa in Bozcaada.

MORTGAGED FOR 10 MILLION TL DEBT

In the debt contract dated January 6, 2023, where the creditor is Türkay Gümülcineli, the debtor is Seçil Erzan, and the witnesses are Ali and Atilla Yörük, it was stated among the contract terms that "The creditor has made a cash payment of 10 million lira to the debtor, and for this debt, the debtor Seçil Erzan agrees and undertakes in advance to mortgage all of his shares in the property registered in the land registry in Alaybey Neighborhood of Bozcaada, Çanakkale, as well as the share of Fatma Erzan, who is authorized to act on his behalf in the same property. The parties have agreed that the 10 million lira debt will be repaid within 30 days from the date of the contract, and in case of non-payment, the property will be subject to enforcement through the conversion of the mortgage into cash. The debtor Seçil Erzan has stated that he will not raise any objections regarding this matter, and he accepts and undertakes this both as a principal and by proxy," it was stated.

SOLD FOR 15 MILLION LIRA

The villa, for which Seçil Erzan mortgaged in exchange for a 10 million lira debt, was sold by the Ezine Enforcement Office. The villa, which was determined to be worth 9 million 222 thousand 422 lira by the expert report, was sold for 15 million TL. It is expected that the title deed delivery in the auction sale will take place by February 12.
