According to the judiciary-affiliated Mizan News Agency, the death sentences for Amirhossein Safari and Abolfazl Sepahi were carried out. Reports emerged that an iron gallows scaffold was erected in Alikhani Square before the executions, and families of some condemned prisoners were summoned to prison for a final visit.
