The works of the Şakir Paşa Family artists will be offered for sale at an auction organized by Arthill Müzecilik on February 9. A total of 57 pieces, which will be revealed for the first time at the auction, will be sold through a bidding process starting at a price of 1 dollar.
The works of the artists from the Şakir Paşa Family, who left a mark on Turkish culture and art, will be offered for sale at auction.
According to a statement from Arthill Müzecilik, a special collection auction titled "An Auction of a Family That Left a Mark" will be held on February 9.
The auction will feature a majority of works signed by artists from the Şakir Paşa Family, including Füreya Koral, Aliye Berger, Fahrelnissa Zeid, and Nejad Melih Devrim, with 57 works making their debut for the first time, available for bidding starting at a price of 1 dollar.
A LARGE NUMBER OF WORKS ARE INCLUDED
The works for sale are exhibited at the Arthill Gallery located in The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul Süzer Plaza S2.
Additionally, the auction includes paintings by Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, Selim Turan, Cihat Burak, Jale Yılmabaşar, Sabri Berkel, Elif Naci, Oya Zaim Katoğlu, and Nasip İyem, as well as works from calligraphers such as Reisü'l-Hattatin Hasan Çelebi, Mahmud Celaleddin Efendi, Seyyid Abdulah from Hacegan-ı Divan-ı Hümayun, Seyyid Mehmed Ziyaeddin Efendi, Sünbüli Ahmed Rıfat Efendi, Mahmud Öncü, Seyyid Süleyman Galib Efendi, Beşiktaşlı Hacı Nuri Korman, and Kadızade Seyyid Mustafa Efendi.
To ensure that the works offered for auction remain and are preserved within the country, participation from abroad is not accepted.
