A young woman attending a job interview expressed her reaction to employers by describing her experience. Her remarks about working conditions and salary policy drew attention.
"YOU'RE LOOKING AT OUR APPEARANCE"
The young woman stated that she was disturbed by attitudes toward her appearance during the job interview, saying, “You’re staring blankly at our appearance, at our clothes... Are you looking for an employee to work or a friend?”

Stating that she traveled a long way to get to the interview, the young woman reacted to the process by saying, “I came to the job interview with 3 transfers, you don't provide information over the phone.”
