The search for Narin Güran (8), who went missing in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district in Diyarbakır, continues on the 6th day. So far, a total of 12,550 vehicles have been searched, statements have been taken from 130 people, and search operations have been conducted in an area of over 11,000 acres with 7 tracking dogs. The incident occurred on August 21 in the afternoon in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district. Narin Güran, who went to the Quran course, did not return home after the course, so her family searched for her on their own. When no results were obtained from the search with the villagers, Narin's father Arif Güran went to the gendarmerie station around 20:00 and reported that his daughter was missing. Following the report, Bağlar District Gendarmerie Command, Bağlar Security Commando Battalion Command, Gendarmerie Special Operations teams, Gendarmerie Crime Investigation Teams (JASAT), Intelligence Branch Directorate, Dog Tracking Team, and Underwater Search and Rescue Team from the Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality, as well as search and rescue teams from district municipalities were dispatched to the area. SLIPPER FOUND, DIFFERENT NUMBERIn the search operations, air support was provided with helicopters belonging to the gendarmerie and the Provincial Police Department. In addition, approximately 150 vehicles that were determined to have passed through the road during the hours when Narin went missing were questioned. Houses in the neighborhood and vehicles entering the village were searched. In the search operations, a child's slipper was found on the roadside in the night of August 22. The slipper, which is about 3 kilometers away from the Güran family's house, was shown to Narin's parents. The couple said that the slipper belonged to their daughter. The slipper was taken to the laboratory by the gendarmerie for examination. However, the family later stated that the slipper number was different from Narin's. LAST IMAGES EMERGEDIn addition, the last images of Narin before she went missing have emerged. The footage from the school on August 21 at 15:15 shows Narin walking with 4 friends and then separating from them, using the hill road and heading towards her house. BLOOD STAINS NOT BELONGING TO NARINAbout 50 meters from the path that Narin took, on a hill near their house about 20 meters away, her relatives saw blood stains on August 25. The area where the blood stains were found was cordoned off after being reported to the gendarmerie. Father Arif Güran also came to the area and talked to the gendarmerie. Crime scene investigation teams put the rock pieces with blood stains in evidence bags and took them to the laboratory for examination. After the examination, an announcement was made by the Diyarbakır Governorship stating that the blood stains did not belong to Narin Güran and were the result of a child in the neighborhood having a nosebleed. RECONSTRUCTION AT THE LAST SEEN LOCATIONIn addition, a reconstruction was carried out with two of Narin's friends in the area where she was last seen on August 21, and it was carried out in the evening of August 25. With the guidance of a pedagogue, the children showed the gendarmerie the place where they last saw Narin. In addition, the Bağlar District Gendarmerie Command and other gendarmerie teams conducted a new search in 18 houses, including Narin's family's house, abandoned buildings, and haystacks yesterday evening. JAK and AFAD divers are conducting operations in the irrigation canal where the water level has been lowered, and a search has been conducted along a 20-kilometer canal starting from the neighborhood.
