In the extraordinary general assembly of Beşiktaş, item 7 was not approved. The authority requested by the board of directors to extend the lease agreement for the fuel station in Fulya was rejected by a majority vote.
In a statement made by the black-and-white club, it was stated, "The following item was rejected by a majority vote. Based on article 23, paragraph 'j' of the bylaws, the authority to extend the lease agreement signed with Fulya Fuel Trade and Industry Joint Stock Company for a period of 15 (fifteen) years from 01.01.2026 and to register the lease agreement with the land registry was not granted to the Board of Directors."
