In the Ergani district of Diyarbakır, at the guard gate of the District Gendarmerie Command, gendarmerie teams struggled to separate the parties who clashed over a land dispute.
A fight broke out between two groups in the morning hours in Coşkun village, affiliated with the Ergani district of Diyarbakır, due to a land dispute.
THE TENSION SPILLED OVER TO THE GATE OF THE MILITARY POLICE HEADQUARTERS
The tension that started in the village turned into a fight with stones and sticks when the parties came to the district center. The fight, which extended to the front of the Military Police Headquarters Gate in the Makam Dağı Neighborhood, was immediately intervened by the military police personnel on duty at the gate.
2 PEOPLE WERE INJURED
After the incident was calmed down, 2 people injured in the fight were taken to Ergani State Hospital by ambulances and treated. While security forces took extensive security measures both at the scene and around the hospital, the investigation into the incident continues.
