High scores obtained in the joint exam held this week in high schools in Istanbul have raised allegations of question leaks. The Provincial Directorate of National Education, which conducted investigations on the matter, announced that due to findings indicating that questions were shared on social media platforms one hour before the exam in six schools, it has been decided to hold the exams again on January 14.

The high grades have brought up allegations that the exam questions and answers were leaked, prompting the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education to initiate an investigation following reports in some media outlets.

The Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education announced that due to findings of questions being shared on social media platforms one hour before the exam time at 6 schools, it has been decided to hold the exams at these schools again on January 14.

In a statement regarding the issue from the Provincial Directorate of National Education, it was stated, "Findings have been made regarding the sharing of questions on social media platforms one hour before the common exam time at our 6 schools. As a result, the exams held at these schools have been canceled, and it has been decided to hold the exams again on Tuesday, January 14."
"THE PROCESS IS BEING MONITORED WITH SENSITIVITY"
The statement noted that a detailed investigation and inquiry have been initiated regarding those responsible for the issue, and it was recorded that the process is being monitored with sensitivity.
