CLAIMED THAT THIEVES STOLE HER BRACELETS

The couple H. and A.K., living in a detached house on Göktürk Street in the Sarımazı neighborhood of Belen district, claimed that a thief broke into their home and stole 2 bracelets. A.K. stated that two individuals who entered the house while his wife was on the balcony pointed a gun at him and stole the two bracelets. Police teams launched an investigation into the incident. The elderly woman, in an interview, broke down in tears, saying that the thieves stole the money they had saved for their dream home.

GAVE THE BRACELETS TO HER SON

Following the investigations by the police teams, A.K. admitted in interviews that she had given the bracelets to her son, who had been gambling and had fallen into depression about 2 months ago. In a statement made by the Hatay Governorship regarding the matter, it was stated, "In the works conducted regarding the armed robbery at the residence on Göktürk Street in Sarımazı neighborhood on December 28, 2024, around 11:45, during the interview with a woman named A.K., it was revealed that her biological son M.K. was in depression, needed money due to gambling, and that she had given her bracelets to her son about 2 months ago, and that she made a false declaration to give money to her son, and that the armed robbery incident did not occur."
