İlyas Dokgöz, who lives in the Ormanseven neighborhood of Sürmene district in Trabzon, built a cable car on steep and sloped land about 10 years ago at his father's request. Over the years, Dokgöz provided the cable car, which was built for transporting goods, for the entire neighborhood's use, only to learn that his relatives were operating the cable car for a fee. After discovering that money was being made from the cable car he had provided for free to his relatives and neighbors, a dispute arose between Dokgöz and his relatives. As the argument escalated, both sides ended up in court, while İlyas Dokgöz found a solution by putting up a sign on the cable car. He had a sign made that read, "Everyone can use it except for my dishonorable relatives," and he didn't forget to write his name at the bottom of the sign. "THEY STARTED TO MAKE CAPITAL WITH OUR PROPERTY"İlyas Dokgöz, who stated that the cable car he provided for free was turned into a source of profit, said he found a solution with the sign he hung on the cable car, which was used for transporting goods for a fee. Noting that he is in a legal dispute with his relatives, Dokgöz said, "As you can see from the sign, we had to fall into this situation because we experienced difficulties with our own people. My father built this place 10 years ago for everyone to use, for the sake of Allah. We also made mistakes here. My father told me at that time, 'Son, have this made, but do not subject anyone to it.' He said, 'Everyone should use it.' When it was being built, I told all my relatives that I would do something like this. Everyone has tea and land. Perhaps I am the only one who will not benefit from this cable car. I have a 300-kilogram tea. No one was a partner in this when we were doing it, but everyone uses it in general. We never had any problems with that. After that, they turned it into a source of profit. Someone started to transport goods with it for a fee. People started to make capital from our own property. But whenever there is any problem or expense, they call me. Okay, I can have it done, but they also started to carry the loads of people we do not even meet as a family. Why are you carrying it? At least people should ask us. Moreover, they also charge money for this. We had a dispute among us. The road under the cable car was destroyed, and nearly 70 thousand lira was spent. No one said a word. Then I decided to make a sign. Everyone can use it except for my relatives, especially those who are dishonorable among my relatives. We came to this situation saying that anyone who wants to can use it for the sake of Allah. This is not good. Life conditions bring people to such a victim situation," he said. "THIS SIGN HAS SOLVED EVERYTHING"Dokgöz, who stated that he hung the sign instead of arguing and that he is happy, said, "I had a discussion with people about why you are charging money to carry loads with this. We ended up in the police station. When the argument escalated, we ended up in court. We did this so that everyone can use it for the sake of Allah. No one has contributed to this. We are in the court phase. The reward for goodness is evil. We were forced to put up this sign. But now no one is saying anything. Everyone can use it in every way except for my dishonorable relatives. When you turn something that is used for the sake of Allah into money, you will stop. I also pay for the electricity. The expenses are also mine. There were those who thought they would get money if I connected the electricity from there. This sign has solved everything. No one is saying anything. When these events happen, everyone started to talk. They thought İlyas wouldn't break us. Instead of dealing with people, I thought about having a sign made here. In fact, the sign maker told me, 'If you put this up, I won't even charge you.' He asked me, 'Can you send me a picture of this?' After I put it up, I sent the sign maker a photo of it. He said, 'I will send your money back; I didn't think you would put this up.' This was something done to silence the people and to give the necessary answers to the necessary places. Those who see the sign say you are right. Instead of arguing with people, I hung my sign. Everyone is silent. I am happy," he expressed.
