Three heartless individuals who mocked and searched for those who lost their lives in the fire are in custody.

In the fire disaster in Bolu Kartalkaya, where 78 people lost their lives, three individuals who insulted the relatives of the victims while calling them have been detained, and other suspects are being sought. Interior Minister Yerlikaya announced the development with the statement, "No one can mock the pain of our nation. Those who attempt to do so will be judged not only in the conscience of our people but also before the law." He also shared footage of the operation.

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation has been initiated ex officio regarding the allegation that the families of those who died in the Bolu Grand Kartal Hotel fire disaster were mocked by being contacted through social media.
