Three women who committed burglaries from houses in Hatay while wearing glasses and hats were caught by the police through security camera analysis. The women's criminal records and the provinces they were involved in theft incidents were identified.
Three women, who committed burglaries by hiding their faces with glasses and hats in Hatay, were caught as a result of the police team's examination of security cameras. It was learned that two of the women had 28 criminal records each, while one had 18 criminal records, and they were involved in theft incidents in surrounding provinces. The Hatay Police Department teams initiated an investigation regarding the burglary that occurred on March 27 at around 12:30 PM in a house located in the Bahçelievler neighborhood of Erzin district. The teams scrutinizing the security cameras identified the perpetrators as women named S.Ç., Ç.Ç., and N.K. As a result of the investigations, S.Ç., who has 28 theft criminal records, Ç.Ç., who has 18 theft records, and N.K., who also has 28 theft records, were quickly apprehended.
3 WOMEN ARRESTED
During the body search of the individuals, a tool believed to be used for opening doors, a black hat used on the day of the burglary, and a pair of socks were seized. The three women were referred to the judicial authorities and were arrested and delivered to prison. The moments when the women checked the houses while hiding their faces with hats and glasses were captured on camera.
Furthermore, it was also learned that the women had committed thefts at various times while traveling through Gaziantep, Adana, Osmaniye, and Kahramanmaraş provinces.
