NEW OWNER OF THE MANSION IS TAIWANESEIn the sales auction with four participants, the open bid stage was completed in three hours after closed bids. At the end of the auction, Oyak Çimento, which offered 1 billion 100 million liras, 70% of which is owned by Taiwanese TCC, became the new owner of the mansion. Oyak Çimento had transferred the majority stake to TCC, one of the largest cement producers in the Far East, in the first quarter of this year. Following the share transfer agreement signed between OYAK and Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) on December 9, 2023, all relevant legal authorities approved the transfer in the first quarter of 2024. AKIN İPEK LOST THE CASE HE FILED IN ENGLANDThe mansion, which is the subject of the sale in Bebek, Istanbul, is an ancient artifact with a gross closed usage area of 925 square meters and a terrace of 208 square meters.
