The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's TOKI Presidency is offering approximately 20 thousand residences in 64 provinces to citizens as of today (June 15) through the "open sale" method. Applications for the campaign, which does not require income or residence conditions and follows the 'first come, first served' rule, will continue until July 17.
The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has launched another major campaign to balance the housing supply in the market and contribute to lowering rising rental prices. The application process, which is expected for the project covering 64 provinces across Turkey and selling approximately 20,000 homes, officially started today. Citizens can choose from 2+1 and 3+1 options according to their budgets.
STARTING FROM 2.1 MILLION TL
Depending on the city and size of the homes, prices start at 2.1 million TL, with monthly installments beginning at 18,000 TL. Under the campaign, three different payment plans are offered to buyers during the bank process. A 25% discount will be applied to those who pay the full price in cash.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE MADE THROUGH ZIRAAT BANK AND HALKBANK
According to the statement from the ministry, the sales process will be conducted directly through banks. Citizens can carry out their transactions at branches of Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. and T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. without paying an application fee.
The application marathon, which started on Monday, June 15 (today), will continue until July 17. Since sales will be made through direct sales rather than a lottery, the "application priority" principle will apply. In other words, the first person to select a home within their budget, pay the down payment to the bank, and sign the contract will become the owner of the home.

In this open sale campaign by TOKİ, unlike previous projects, significant conveniences are provided to citizens. The requirements to benefit from the campaign are listed as follows:
- There is no requirement to reside in the province where the project is built or any upper income limit.
- Any Turkish Republic citizen who has reached the age of 18 can apply.
- The applicant must not have any registered home in their name or their spouse's name.
- Only one home can be sold per household (the applicant, their spouse, and children under their custody).
