Recently, TOKİ has announced a series of new projects one after another. Within the framework of the announced projects, sales of 2+1 and 3+1 apartments will be made.
The most affordable housing on the sales list can be purchased with a down payment and monthly installments starting from 7,789.50 TL.
54 APARTMENTS WILL BE SOLD IN TUNCELİ
TOKİ announced that 43 apartments in stock will be put up for sale as part of the 118 housing units and 2-storey commercial center in Tunceli and Mazgirt.
Among the houses to be sold by TOKİ in Tunceli, it was noted that the most affordable apartment is waiting for its buyer with a down payment of 155,790.01 TL, a term of 180 months, and prices starting from 7,789.50 TL.
Additionally, the application dates were announced as November 27, 2024 - December 3, 2024.
