GOLD BRACELET ALLEGATION IN WITNESS STATEMENT

In a witness statement included in the investigation file, it was alleged that a large amount of gold bracelets was produced in a jewelry workshop. The witness claimed that the bracelets were distributed to various jewelers by making it appear as if commercial transactions had been carried out, but that in reality no purchase or sale took place. The same witness also alleged that there was unusual activity at the workshop involving numerous suitcases.

Another witness in the file claimed that when he was made a partner in the company, a blank signed paper was obtained from him in order to prevent his shares from passing to his heirs in the event of his death. In the investigation, suspicion is being focused on that some companies had no real commercial activity and were managed in line with the organization's instructions.
