The accident occurred around 01:00 on Okçu Güveçci Street. According to reports, the car with license plate 43 ABM 646, driven by Alperen Bayraktar, crashed into a retaining wall on the right side of the road after the driver lost control of the steering wheel. The impact caused the car to be completely wrecked.
5 PEOPLE INJURED
In the accident, the driver Alperen Bayraktar along with passengers Hamza Özçelik, Bilal Hakan Özçelik, Muhammedcan Aslan Bişgin, and Furkan Okayay were injured. Upon notification, health teams were dispatched to the scene. After initial intervention by health teams, the injured were taken to the hospital by ambulances and placed under treatment.
FURKAN OKAYAY COULD NOT BE SAVED
Among the injured taken to the hospital for treatment, 24-year-old Furkan Okayay died despite all interventions by doctors. It was learned that the treatment of the other injured continues.
