In this context, it was reported that "Level 3," meaning "reconsider travel," is maintained for Bahrain, Israel, the West Bank (Palestine), Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, while "Level 4," indicating "do not travel," remains in effect for Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Gaza (Palestine), and Yemen.
