MIT President İbrahim Kalın met with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and the head of Egypt's General Intelligence Service, Hasan Rashad, in Cairo, Egypt, to discuss the latest situation in Gaza and the ceasefire.
National Intelligence Organization (MIT) President İbrahim Kalın met with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Egyptian General Intelligence Service Chief Hasan Reshat in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
THE CEASEFIRE IN GAZA IS ON THE TABLE
According to information obtained from security sources, the meeting discussed the transition to the second phase of the ceasefire agreement against Israel's increasing violations in the Gaza Strip and the intensification of joint efforts in cooperation with the United States. Kalın emphasized that Turkey will continue to stand by the Palestinian people with all its resources, as it always has.
AGREEMENT TO STRENGTHEN COORDINATION
The meeting also reached an agreement to continue strengthening coordination and cooperation with the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) to eliminate all obstacles to ensure the continuity of the ceasefire and to prevent violations.
