Drivers died in a fire that broke out after two trucks collided in the Tatvan district of Bitlis. Teams dispatched to the area upon notification quickly extinguished the fire, while an investigation into the accident has been initiated.
Two truck drivers lost their lives in a fire that broke out after a collision between two trucks in the Tatvan district of Bitlis.
The accident occurred near the Alacabük village on the Tatvan-Van highway. The two trucks, whose drivers and license plates have not yet been identified, burst into flames after colliding.
TEAMS DISPATCHED TO THE AREA
Upon notification, fire departments, medical teams, gendarmerie, and AFAD teams were dispatched to the scene. The road was closed to traffic for security purposes, and the teams quickly brought the fire under control and extinguished it.
TWO DRIVERS LOST THEIR LIVES
Both truck drivers died at the scene of the accident. An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
