U.S. President Donald Trump, in a statement regarding the peace plan for which Hamas's response is awaited, said, "Hamas has 3-4 days to respond to the 20-point Gaza plan. If they reject the agreement, Israel will take the necessary steps."
U.S. President Donald Trump threatened Hamas by giving them a deadline regarding the 20-point peace plan for Gaza that he announced at the White House.
Speaking to reporters as he left the White House, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Hamas has 3-4 days to respond to the 20-point peace plan for Gaza that he announced in Washington.
Trump said, "Hamas has 3 or 4 days to respond, and if they reject the agreement, Israel will do what it needs to do. We expect Hamas to accept the peace proposals. There is not much room for negotiation with Hamas. The peace plan is bigger than Gaza. Gaza is just a part of it."
HE SAID, 'I WILL GIVE FULL SUPPORT TO ISRAEL'
Yesterday, during a press conference with Netanyahu, Trump stated that he would give "full support to Israel to do what it needs to do" if Hamas rejects the agreement.
WHAT HAPPENED?
The White House had announced U.S. President Donald Trump's proposal titled "Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict," consisting of 20 points.
In a joint press conference with Netanyahu, which he held at the White House, Trump stated that if the plan is accepted by the parties, the "war" would end immediately, Israel would gradually withdraw from Gaza, a new process without Hamas's role would begin in Gaza, and all prisoners would be released.
Netanyahu also expressed support, stating that the plan "achieves the objectives of the war."
