U.S. President Donald Trump openly threatened Hamas during a press conference at the White House. Trump stated, "If Hamas does not behave, we will enter Gaza and eliminate them. If necessary, they will be destroyed, and they know this. They have caused a lot of trouble."
Israel had carried out airstrikes on various regions of Gaza, claiming that Hamas targeted Israeli army elements in Rafah, located in the southern Gaza Strip.
STATEMENTS CAME IN SUCCESSION
The armed wing of Hamas, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced that they are committed to the ceasefire and have no connection to the events in Rafah, while it was stated that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered a "strong intervention" against the Gaza Strip under the pretext that Hamas violated the ceasefire agreement.

As these developments jeopardized the ceasefire, a statement also came from U.S. President Donald Trump. In a press conference at the White House regarding Australian Prime Minister Albanese, Trump made significant remarks about the Israel-Hamas ceasefire.
"ISRAEL CAN ENTER THERE IN 2 MINUTES"
Trump stated, "If Hamas does not behave, we will enter Gaza and eliminate them. If necessary, they will be destroyed, and they know this. They have caused a lot of trouble. If they continue, we will eliminate them very quickly and in a very violent manner.
Israel can enter there in two minutes. If I want him to go there, I can tell him, 'Go there and take care of the situation.' But we haven't said that right now. We will give it a little chance, and hopefully, the violence will decrease a bit."
