Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that the dates for US President Donald Trump's special representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner's visits to Moscow and Kyiv have been clarified. Zelensky stated that the two will first go to Moscow and then to Kyiv on Sunday, and that during the talks they will ensure the security of Russia's airspace. Meanwhile, Russia has launched a drone attack on the Ukrainian Security Service headquarters in Kyiv.

FIRST TO MOSCOW, THEN TO KYIV Stating that they held a meeting with the broad diplomatic team working with the US and are preparing for negotiations, Zelensky said, "Witkoff and Kushner will first visit Moscow, and then Kyiv on Sunday. We will ensure the normal functioning of Russian airspace so that US negotiators can arrive safely. We will not carry out air strikes. Russia must act in the same manner throughout the US delegation's visit."
Zelensky noted that they aim to make the negotiations with the US representatives as "constructive and concrete as possible."

Zelensky announced that Russia struck the central building of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU). Zelensky reported that Russia carried out a drone attack on the central building of the Ukrainian Security Service in the capital Kyiv, targeting the office of SBU Chief Oleksandr Poklad in the attack.
Stating that all emergency services were dispatched to the scene following the attack, Zelensky noted that the necessary assistance was provided to the injured. Zelensky stated that he met with SBU Chief Poklad and instructed that the attack be retaliated against "adequately, noticeably, and in the same manner if possible."
Saying they have also determined the location for retaliation, Zelensky stated that they will wait for the appropriate time to achieve results. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko also announced that 9 people were injured in the attack on the SBU building.
