THE GOAL IS TO ENCOURAGE RETURN TO TURKEY
TÜBİTAK's CoCirculation 3 program aims to encourage not only Turkish researchers working abroad but also foreign scientists to conduct research in Turkey. The program will be implemented with the support of the European Commission's Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) COFUND. It is aimed that this program will accelerate reverse brain drain and strengthen Turkey's scientific infrastructure.
