The Bakırköy 1st Commercial Court of First Instance ruled that the company could not continue its operations and issued a bankruptcy decision.
Founded in 1998, the company was among the prominent firms in the sector, particularly with its activities in Istanbul's Zeytinburnu Nakliyeciler Sitesi and Büyükçekmece.
BANKRUPTCY DECISION OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED
According to the court decision, the company's bankruptcy was declared as of June 18, 2026, at 10:51 AM. Following the decision, the authority over the company's management and assets was transferred to the bankruptcy estate. In the official announcement published by the Bakırköy 1st Enforcement Office, it was stated that liquidation proceedings will be carried out under file number '2026/33 Bankruptcy'.
