Previous ministry spokesman Hami Aksoy now ambassador to Serbia, the post his successor Tanju Bilgic just returned from.

Turkey's former ambassador to Serbia has been appointed the Foreign Ministry's new spokesperson.

As Tanju Bilgic previously served as ministry spokesperson before his tenure in Serbia, the move represents a return, said a ministry statement.
