Following the detection of Salmonella bacteria in a Turkish brand of halva product distributed in Germany, TOK Gıda has initiated an official recall. The company stated that the recall process only affects products with the batch number 2024331 and a best before date of 26.11.2026 for the Sebahat Vanilla Flavored Halva.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT WILL BE ACCEPTED
Consumers will be able to return these products to the store where they purchased them without showing a receipt and get their money back. TOK Gıda officials explained that this step is a preventive measure and that the process is being managed meticulously to protect consumer health. The company stated that the return process will be completed without any inconvenience to consumers.
