12 AMERICAN SOLDIERS INJURED
According to a report by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing U.S. and Saudi officials, Iran launched a drone attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia yesterday. During the attack, the U.S. E-3 Sentry airborne command and control aircraft was damaged, and 12 American soldiers were injured. Multiple refueling aircraft were also damaged in the attack.
The report, based on officials, also mentioned that the injured soldiers were inside a struck building and that at least 1 missile and several unmanned aerial vehicles hit the base.
U.S.-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
Israel and the U.S. launched a military attack on Iran on February 28 while negotiations were ongoing between Tehran and Washington. Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where U.S. bases are located, in addition to Israel. In the U.S.-Israel attacks, former Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed.
