In the list of income tax champions for the taxation period announced by the Presidency of Revenue Administration, the top spot belonged to Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar. Haluk Bayraktar ranked second, and Rahmi Koç ranked third on the list.
The Revenue Administration (GIB) announced the taxpayers who paid the highest income and corporate taxes across Turkey for the 2025 taxation period. The top of the income tax list was Selcuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar, with 2.99 billion TL.
The income and corporate tax champions for the 2025 taxation period across Turkey have been announced. According to the announced lists, leading figures from the defense industry and the business world maintained their positions at the top of the list.
TOP 3 IN INCOME TAX UNCHANGED
At the top of the income tax champions list is Selcuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar, with an assessed tax amount of 2 billion 991 million 536 thousand 760 TL.

- 2. Lutfu Haluk Bayraktar (General Manager of Baykar): 2,502,027,660.87 TL

In the list, Mehmet Sinan Tara took 4th place with 676.2 million TL, and Erman Ilicak took 7th place with 557.6 million TL.
ZIRAAT BANK AT THE TOP IN CORPORATE TAX
In the corporate tax category, public banks and financial institutions made their weight felt at the top of the list. Turkiye Cumhuriyeti Ziraat Bankasi A.S. took the first place in corporate tax with an assessed tax amount of 70 billion 394 million 682 thousand 568 TL. Ziraat Bank was followed by Turkiye Vakiflar Bank (22.9 billion TL), Turkiye Garanti Bank (20 billion TL), and QNB Bank (10.1 billion TL) in corporate tax.
66 OF 100 TAXPAYERS HID THEIR NAMES
Another notable detail in the data announced by the GIB was the requests for confidentiality. Out of the top 100 individual income taxpayers in Turkey, 66 did not want their information and names to be disclosed to the public.
