PUTIN HAD PROPOSED "ISTANBUL" FOR NEGOTIATIONS WITH UKRAINE

Zelensky, in a post on his social media platform X, reminded that they proposed a complete and permanent ceasefire to Russia starting from tomorrow, stating, "We expect a complete and permanent ceasefire to be established starting from tomorrow to create the necessary ground for diplomacy." Zelensky noted that he would be waiting for Putin in Turkey on May 15, saying, "I will be waiting for Putin in Turkey on Thursday. Personally. I hope this time the Russians won't look for excuses."
