Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the capital Ankara to attend the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government. The Ukrainian leader, who will hold critical meetings, was welcomed at the airport by Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.
The arrival of world leaders in the capital continues for the historic NATO Summit hosted by Ankara. One of the most prominent figures at the summit, who is seeking support due to the ongoing war with Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has also arrived in Ankara.
OFFICIAL WELCOME AT THE AIRPORT
A welcome ceremony was held at the airport for President Zelensky, who came to Turkey as part of the NATO Summit. The Ukrainian President was greeted upon his descent from the aircraft by Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy and his accompanying delegation.
WILL MEET WITH PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN AND TRUMP
During the two-day summit in Ankara, Zelensky is expected to engage in an intensive diplomatic schedule with allied leaders, including President Erdoğan and US President Trump, and to discuss critical issues for his country, such as air defense systems and military support.
