KOCASAKAL WAS ELECTED PRESIDENT WITH 9,548 VOTES
Nine candidates competed in the election held at the Haliç Congress Center to determine the management of the Istanbul Bar Association for the 2026-2028 term.
According to unofficial results, Ümit Kocasakal was elected president with 9,548 votes, while incumbent president İbrahim Kaboğlu came second with 6,607 votes, and Atakan Selanik came third with 3,546 votes.
