The United Nations announced that 92% of homes have been damaged as a result of Israel's attacks on Gaza. It was also stated that families in the region are facing significant devastation.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) announced that 92% of the homes in the Gaza Strip have been damaged or destroyed as a result of the attacks carried out by Israel since October 7, 2023.
While Israel continues to intensify its attacks to solidify and expand its occupation plans in Gaza, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) provided information regarding the damage caused in Gaza due to the attacks carried out by Israel since October 7, 2023.
92% OF HOMES IN GAZA HAVE BEEN DESTROYED
UNRWA reported that 92% of the homes in the Gaza Strip have been damaged or destroyed in Israel's ongoing attacks. In a statement, UNRWA noted that countless Palestinians have been displaced multiple times and that there are very few shelters available, stating, "Families in Gaza are facing unimaginable destruction."
Israel, which has not allowed the entry of food, medical, and humanitarian aid materials into Gaza since March 2, also announced yesterday that a large-scale ground operation had been launched in the north and south of the Gaza Strip.
