The incident occurred on Cumhuriyet Street in Terakki District. Municipal police teams on patrol noticed a person selling tissues while sitting on the sidewalk. Trying to remove the vendor from the area, the teams offered, "Let me buy you a tea" to ease the situation. However, the vendor reacted harshly to this well-intentioned approach, resisting the teams by saying, "I can't drink tea or anything, brother. My situation is not good. The children are hungry."

As the argument escalated, the municipal police teams took the tissues in front of the vendor. At that moment, the bewildered teams faced the vendor's unbelievable act.
