The statements made by MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli regarding PKK terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan during his party's group meeting last week became the number one agenda item in Ankara politics. ÜMİT ÖZDAĞ LEFT THE LIVE BROADCAST
While Bahçeli's call caused a polemic between the CHP and the Victory Party, Ümit Özdağ participated in a live broadcast on Sözcü TV. While Özdağ continued his criticisms of the CHP during the live broadcast, it was stated that CHP Ankara Deputy Umut Akdoğan would join to exercise his right of reply. Özdağ, irritated by this, left the broadcast, stating that his interlocutor was CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.
