After the Syrian army largely took control of areas held by the terrorist organization SDF, a new move came from U.S. President Donald Trump. According to reports in the U.S. press, the U.S. will completely withdraw its military forces from Syria.

After the ceasefire decision following the operations of the Damascus administration against the terrorist organization YPG/SDG in Syria, a notable move came from the USA.

TRUMP IS PULLING OUT US TROOPS

US media put forward a striking claim after the Syrian administration largely secured control across the country. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, US President Donald Trump has decided to withdraw US troops from Syria.

THE US HAD ENDED ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH YPG IN SYRIA

US Special Representative for Syria Tom Barrack made a historic statement on Tuesday. Barrack stated that there is now a state in Syria and mentioned that the YPG has lost its significance in the fight against ISIS. Barrack said, "The YPG is no longer our primary partner; they need to integrate into Damascus. The main goal of the YPG to be the primary anti-ISIS force on the ground has largely come to an end."

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

The Syrian army had continued its advance to take control of Hasakah and Ayn al-Arab as part of the agreement reached between the Damascus administration and YPG/SDG.

The Ceasefire and Full Integration Agreement reached on January 18 between the Damascus administration and the terrorist organization YPG/SDG envisions the integration of all civilian institutions in Hasakah province, which is occupied by the terrorist organization, into the institutions and administrative structures of the Syrian state.

The agreement also includes a provision for the withdrawal of heavy military presence from the Ayn al-Arab region, the establishment of a security force composed of the city's residents, and the establishment of a local police organization under the Ministry of Interior of Syria.
