The US military announced that at least one narco-terrorist was killed in an attack on a boat identified as carrying drugs in the Eastern Pacific, stating, "The US Coast Guard has been notified to initiate search and rescue operations to locate the two surviving narco-terrorists."
OPERATIONS ON BOATS CONTINUE
The US military continues its attacks on boats determined to be involved in drug trafficking. In a statement from the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), it was reported that the joint task force conducting Operation Southern Spear carried out an attack on another boat belonging to organizations defined as "terrorist groups" under the order of SOUTHCOM Commander General Francis L. Donovan.
"NO US SOLDIERS WERE HARMED IN THE OPERATION"
Emphasizing that intelligence obtained confirmed the targeted boat was carrying narcotics on a known smuggling route in the Eastern Pacific, the statement said, "In this attack, one male narco-terrorist was killed, and the US Coast Guard has been notified to initiate search and rescue operations to locate the two surviving male narco-terrorists."
It was reported that no US military personnel were harmed during the operation.
