The İmralı delegation of the DEM Party visited DEVA Party Chairman Ali Babacan after their meetings with MHP Chairman Bahçeli. Following the meeting, Babacan stated that they would continue to support the process.

VISIT TO BABACAN BY DEM PARTY IMRALI DELEGATION
The DEM Party delegation included the Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly and DEM Party Van Deputy Pervin Buldan, DEM Party Şanlıurfa Deputy Mithat Sancar, and the lawyer of the terrorist organization PKK's leader Abdullah Öcalan, Faik Özgür Erol. The visit took place behind closed doors at the DEVA Party Headquarters.
BABACAN: WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE PROCESS
Babacan stated in a press release after the meeting that they would continue to support the process, which is at a very important stage. He noted that the Parliamentary Commission has concluded the process and prepared its report, saying, "As DEVA Party, we have reviewed our report. We will complete our report in a day or two and submit it to the Presidency of the Assembly."
Buldan also expressed that a new phase has been reached regarding the process, stating, "We can say that the first phase is completed. The necessary actions in the first phase have been taken. The Commission recently sent a delegation to Imrali. The Commission members held an important meeting in Imrali. Now we believe that a legal regulation needs to be made. Steps need to be taken quickly regarding this. A peace law is needed for this process to succeed."
Buldan announced that they would meet with the leaders of other political parties next week, saying, "Finally, we may hold another meeting with the President to discuss once again what needs to be done at this point."
