NORTH KOREA FIRES ANOTHER MISSILE
According to Yonhap, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff detected that North Korea fired an unidentified missile toward the Sea of Japan.
The statement said no detailed information about the missile's characteristics has been shared yet.
JAPAN'S 'BALLISTIC MISSILE' STATEMENT
According to reports in the Japanese press, Japan's Ministry of Defense also announced that North Korea fired a missile that "appears to be a ballistic missile."
It was stated that the missile fell into the sea and was not long-range.
NORTH KOREA'S CONSECUTIVE MISSILE TESTS
North Korea also conducted missile tests on August 6 and 12. The latest launch once again demonstrated that Pyongyang continues its missile activities in the region.
