WINTER TIRES ARE REQUIRED BELOW 7 DEGREES
Tire changes are of great importance for vehicles to travel safely in traffic and to prevent accidents.
Tires are among the leading factors that cause accidents in a vehicle. When air temperatures drop to 7 degrees and below, winter tires must be fitted.
Traffic accidents that occur in winter are mostly caused by the use of tires that are not suitable for the season. Summer tires in cold weather, on snowy and icy surfaces, cause loss of grip, slipping during braking, skidding, and loss of control.
Conscious tire purchasing is as important as fitting winter tires. When buying a tire, it is essential to check its date. Even if a tire has not been used, it has a certain lifespan. Tires that are not stored under suitable conditions can lose their properties over time.
In addition to tire changes, vehicle maintenance is also of great importance.
