İ.A., who was previously released under judicial control on charges of making hateful and discriminatory insults towards a mother and her daughter at a beach in Seferihisar district of Izmir, was re-detained following an objection by the chief public prosecutor's office. The suspect, apprehended in Manisa on suspicion of flight and evidence tampering and referred to the courthouse, was arrested by the duty court and sent to prison.

In the incident that occurred on July 3 at the beach in Mersin Alanı Mahallesi, a dispute broke out for an undetermined reason between an individual named İ.A. and A.A. and her daughter. The mother, A.A., stating that they were insulted, filed a complaint against the suspect.
OBJECTION TO JUDICIAL CONTROL DECISION FROM THE CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
Following the complaint, an investigation was launched by the Seferihisar Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on charges of 'hate and discrimination'. İ.A., initially taken into custody, was released under judicial control by the duty court. However, the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office immediately objected to this decision. Evaluating the objection, the Seferihisar 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance ruled that there was suspicion of flight and evidence tampering and issued an arrest warrant for the suspect.
CAPTURED IN MANİSA AND ARRESTED
After the arrest warrant, police teams took action and captured the suspect İ.A. in Manisa yesterday. The suspect, handed over to the Seferihisar District Gendarmerie Command teams, completed his procedures at the station. İ.A., referred to the courthouse and brought before the duty magistrate's court, was this time arrested and sent to prison.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
The incident had occurred at Ürkmez İpekkum Beach in the Seferihisar district. A woman named İ.A. at the beach verbally harassed a mother and her daughter. The girl recorded those tense moments second by second with her mobile phone camera. The footage captured on the mobile phone camera included moments where İ.A. shouted insults at the mother and daughter, saying 'Get lost' and 'Who do you think you are,' and then grabbed a chair and violently threw it to the ground. During the incident, the attacked mother tried to gather her belongings and leave the area, while her daughter intervened and reacted. The recording captured moments where the girl filming said, 'Does everyone see the incident we suffered here? Mom, where are you going?' asking her mother to stay at the beach.
