Murat Özdem, who was working at a factory in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, lost his life after being trapped in a casting machine. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
Murat Özdem (27) lost his life after getting stuck in a casting machine at the factory where he worked in Manisa.
The incident occurred at a factory in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, located in the Keçiliköy neighborhood of Yunusemre district. Murat Özdem, who was working as a laborer at the factory, got stuck in a casting machine for an undetermined reason. His colleagues, who rushed to his cries of pain, stopped the machine and immediately reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
POLICE LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE INCIDENT
Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the factory. During the examination by the medical teams, it was determined that Özdem had lost his life. Murat Özdem's lifeless body was taken to the morgue of the Manisa Merkezefendi State Hospital Forensic Medicine Institution for autopsy after investigations by the police and prosecutor.
The police launched an investigation into the incident.
