Yasmin Erbil, the 28-year-old daughter of Mehmet Ali Erbil from his marriage to Nergis Kumbasar, answered questions from journalists. Stating that she frequently visits her father, Erbil said, ''Being his daughter is very difficult and exhausting. I have aged.''

Yasmin Erbil's statements are as follows;

''Her eczema has increased due to stress; it has been such a difficult process for her. We keep telling her to apply eczema cream. Now she can't go outside; she is stressed about that. What can she do at home? She goes on TikTok. We usually warn her, but she still goes on. She enjoys being with people there. Since she is not appearing on screen right now, she gets that satisfaction there. Normally, fathers warn, but it's the opposite with us. My dad is a very good and sensible person; I trust him that such things won't happen again. Classic my dad...''

WHAT HAPPENED?

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had issued detention orders for 23 suspects, including social media influencers and some famous names, in the investigation regarding the allegation of promoting illegal betting.

Among the suspects accused of being involved in illegal betting advertisements are singer Serdar Ortaç, presenter Mehmet Ali Erbil, former football player Batuhan Karadeniz, social media influencers İbrahim Yılmaz, Muzaffer Zorbey Erkoçlar, Sefa Caner Sarıçam, and Russian and Turkish citizen Aleksander Mensikof.

In an operation carried out by the Istanbul Police Department, 16 of the suspects, including Mehmet Ali Erbil and Serdar Ortaç, were detained. The court, which ruled for the arrest of 12 suspects, including Sefa Caner Sarıcam, Esma Sözen, Muzaffer Zorbey Erkoçkar, and İbrahim Yılmaz, decided to release two suspects, one of whom is under 18, under judicial control. It was learned that 5 of the suspects are abroad, and efforts are ongoing to locate the other 2 suspects.
