NEW WEEK WILL BE RAINY IN THE MEGACITY
Today, a partly and very cloudy weather will be effective in the megacity. According to the latest forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology, Istanbul will enter the new week with heavy rain. While the freezing cold that was effective in previous weeks gives way to mild weather conditions, it is predicted that the rains starting on Monday will continue to have an effect intermittently until Thursday.
AKOM: NO SEVERE COLD WEATHER EXPECTED

According to evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern, inland, and western parts of our country are expected to be very cloudy in places, while the western Thrace, Aegean coasts (except Burdur), Western Mediterranean, the north and east of Central Anatolia (except Bolu and Sinop), the Western Black Sea, and the surroundings of Elazığ, Artvin, and Tokat are expected to be rainy and showery, with the high inland areas experiencing mixed rain and occasional snowfall. In the Antalya region, the expected rains are anticipated to be heavy showers and thunderstorms in some areas. The wind is expected to blow from southern directions in the Southern Aegean coasts at times with strong gusts (40-60 km/h).
