Saran Holding's "tuttur.com" gambling site, which is part of the company but has ceased operations, has come under scrutiny due to allegations of interference with user information. In response, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which combats gambling, has initiated an investigation into the matter ex officio.

An investigation has been initiated ex officio regarding allegations of interference with user information on the Tuttur lottery site, which is part of Saran Holding but is no longer operational due to license cancellation.

In a statement from the prosecutor's office, it was stated, "Due to the widespread public attention to the allegations of interference with the membership information of users registered on the lottery site "www.tuttur.com", which is part of Saran Holding but is no longer operational due to the cancellation of the online franchise agreement and its related licenses, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into these allegations ex officio. In order to reveal the material truth in favor of or against the allegations, an on-site examination is being conducted by the law enforcement's forensic teams on the computers and computer programs serving the lottery site "www.tuttur.com" in accordance with the decision taken by the court."
