The vehicle inspection fees that will be valid in 2026 have been announced. Accordingly, the inspection fee for cars, minibuses, vans, and special purpose vehicles will be 3,288 TL, while the inspection fee for buses and trucks has increased to 4,446 TL. The fines imposed on drivers who take to the road without having their vehicles inspected have also increased.
With the new year, the vehicle inspection fees have also increased. While the increase rate is close to 25 percent, the penalty amount for drivers who do not have their vehicles inspected has also risen.
VEHICLE INSPECTION FEE HAS BECOME 3,288 TL
According to the new regulation, the vehicle inspection fee for buses, trucks, tow trucks, and tankers has risen to 4,446 TL. The inspection fee for cars, minibuses, vans, and special purpose vehicles has been set at 3,288 TL.
The inspection fee for tractors, motorcycles, and motorized bicycles has become 1,674 TL. The exhaust gas emission measurement fee has increased to 460 TL.
Accordingly, the new inspection fees are as follows:
Buses, Trucks, Tow Trucks, and Tanker Type Vehicles
Vehicle inspection: 4,446 TL
Roadworthiness inspection: 2,223 TL
Combined inspection of both: 5,557 TL
Exhaust gas emission measurement: 460 TL
Cars, Minibuses, and Light Commercial Vehicles
Vehicle inspection: 3,288 TL
Roadworthiness inspection: 1,624 TL
Combined inspection of both: 4,110 TL
Exhaust gas emission measurement: 460 TL
Tractors, Motorcycles, and Motorized Bicycles
Vehicle inspection: 1,674 TL
PENALTY FOR DRIVING WITHOUT INSPECTION HAS ALSO INCREASED
The penalty for driving without inspection has also increased along with the revaluation rate. Accordingly, the fine for drivers using vehicles without inspection has risen from 2,167 TL to 2,719 TL.
