In the 3rd League team Karşıyaka, which was penalized by the PFDK to play without spectators, fans called on the management to put thousands of commemorative tickets on sale.
In the second leg of the Play-Off group final in TFF 3rd League Group 1, Karşıyaka will host Muşspor, with whom they drew goalless in the first match away on Monday. Due to the spectator ban imposed by the Professional Football Discipline Board, fans who cannot support their teams from the stands have called on the management.
THOUSANDS REQUESTED COMMEMORATIVE TICKETS
Karşıyaka fans demanded on social media that thousands of commemorative tickets be put on sale before the historic match, with the revenue added to the championship bonus or used to support the youth academy.
If the green-reds, who defeated Muşspor 2-1 in the first half of the regular season in İzmir, win in the Play-Off rematch, they will have one match left to return to the 2nd League after 7 years. Fans are preparing to send their team off to Alsancak Stadium with a convoy and flares.
Karşıyaka fans will watch the historic match, which is a do-or-die situation, on a giant screen to be set up in Zühtü Işıl Square, named after the club's founding president. After the match, the green-reds will again welcome their team with cheers, as they plan to first overcome Muş and then rush to the final.
