Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, the son of the famous singer Güllü, who died under suspicious circumstances in Yalova, spoke about the release of his sister's ex-fiancé in the context of the investigation. Gülter stated, "Honestly, I was expecting his arrest, but if the prosecutor's office made this decision, they must have a reason for it, and that is why they made it."

The son of the artist, Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, who came to the courthouse to gather information regarding the investigation into the death of Güllü, who fell from the window of her house's terrace in Yalova, stated about the release of his sister's ex-fiancé under judicial control, "Honestly, I was expecting his arrest, but if the prosecutor's office made this decision, they must have a reason for it, and that is why they made it."

Famous singer Güllü (52) fell from the window while having fun with her daughter and friend on the closed terrace of the fifth floor of the apartment on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district in Yalova.

As part of the investigation conducted by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the death of the singer known as Güllü, her daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, who was at home during the incident, was arrested on December 13, 2025, while her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who claimed that Gülter was responsible for the incident, was sentenced to house arrest.

DAUGHTER'S FIANCÉ RELEASED

Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter's ex-fiancé Kervan Eminoğlu, who was called to give a statement in Yalova regarding the incident, was detained on suspicion of 'instigating intentional murder' after his statement. The suspect was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station. The suspect was released by the court that took the prosecutor's statement under judicial control. A travel ban was also imposed on the suspect.

GÜLLÜ'S SON SPOKE

Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, the son of the artist who came to the Yalova Courthouse to gather information about the investigation, answered journalists' questions. Gülter stated that he learned about Kervan Eminoğlu's detention yesterday and came to Yalova the next morning. He emphasized that he came to the courthouse to obtain information from the prosecutors regarding the process.

Regarding the allegation of instigation against Eminoğlu, Gülter said, "I shouldn't express my own opinion on this matter. My lawyers will initiate the necessary procedures against him. The prosecutor's office and the competent authorities are the ones who know the most accurate details of this case," he said.

Gülter mentioned that he went to the prison and delivered his brother's clothes but did not have a meeting. He also noted that he had cut off communication with his brother. He expressed his desire to make eye contact with the suspect Kervan Eminoğlu, but stated that the person avoided his gaze.
